THE SEREN SOLAR SYSTEM
Seren Nova takes place in the Seren Solar System. The Seren System features 4 planets with breathable atmospheres, although only 2 are permanently inhabited. The main two planets that have been inhabited are Brython and Tân.
Brython
Brython is the largest planet inhabited planet in the solar system, and where most of the Seren solar system’s people live. Brython is a world that only returned to peace 10 years ago, after a long war between the Brythoni World Government and the Odani people. Now, it is protected by Nova Force, an elite airborne fighting force, featuring only the best pilots. Even though most of the planet is ruled by the Brythoni World Government, there are tribes like the Syml people and the remnants of the Odani who didn’t leave with the rest of their people to settle on Annwn. The world government is located in Dinas Cefnfor, a purposely built neutral city, located in the middle of the oceans between the ancient countries
Annwyn

Tân
Tân is a dead world where temperatures have been rising for millions of years. Even though the planet has a breathable atmosphere, the last occupants who tried to live here died a long time ago.
THE PEOPLE OF SEREN
The people of the Seren system have had a fractious relationship, and after 5 World Wars, there are 4 main groups remaning.
BRYTHONI
The Brythoni are what the united people of Brython decided to call themselves when they followed a dream of planetary peace, and agreed to dissolve their ancient countries and come together to form a world government. However, even though all the existing nations disappeared, some groups of people did not want to be part of it, meaning the dream of peace never materialized.
ODANI
The Odani were originally a people who, after the 4th World War, didn’t want a world government and decided to live independently from the rest of Brython. However, their largely peaceful cause was hijacked by Brenin, who systematically turned them, firstly into a violent cult and then into an army. They forcefully took land from the Brythoni and Syml peoples, which resulted in the beginning of World War 5. Eventually, they lost the war and were forced to retreat. A few stayed on Brython in isolation, however, most of them disappeared with stolen terraforming equipment to the planet Annwn.
SYML
The Syml are an ancient people who once inhabited an entire continent with a rich an ancient culture. However, many of the ancient countries promised them wealth and technology in exchange for access to the natural resources on their continent. Their continent was plundered for hundreds of years which lead to the Syml people trying to take back their land. After the World War 4, the Brythoni government decided to give the Syml people all the land taken by their ancestors. The Syml people decided to go against technology and rebuild their ancient cultures and cut off contact from the outside world.
nghasáu
The Nghasáu are a terrorist group lead by warlord Banon. The turbulence of the world wars and the disovolution of the ancient nations of Brython, has meant that Brython has always been a breeding ground for splinter groups and terrorists. However, until Banon united them all under the flag of the Nghasáu, they were only considered a nuisance in their respective territories. The Nghasáu were considered to have been neutralized after World War 5.
MAIN CHARACTERS

Aderyn
Although she’s not afraid to speak her mind when she disagrees with a decision from Nova Force Command, Aderyn is respected as one of Nova Force’s greatest pilots. Even though she was promoted to Nova Force late during the last war, she played a pivotal role in defeating the Odani faction and taking out the Nghasáu. Aderyn has a deep mistrust and hate for robots, due to many of her companions being killed in a battle due to an error in the code of the robot flight navigators.
Commander MADOG
During the last war on Brython, The Brythoni government sensed that it was time to change their crusty older commanders with a more youthful and dynamic and risk-taking breed. Commander Madog excelled during the end of the war with great strategies that helped the Brythoni people defeat the Odani faction. Thanks to his exploits, Commander Madog has been given the honour of leading Nova Force, the team of elite pilots who are tasked with keeping peace in the Seren solar system.
ROBO
The very latest in robotic flight companions. Robo has the ability to quickly scan enemy territory, create flight plans and guide the ship home if anything should happen to the pilot. Unfortunately, Robo isn’t liked or trusted by the Nova Force pilots, due to an error in the software of his predecessor, that lead to the death of many Nova Force pilots.
BrENIN
BLeader of the Odani people, Brenin, whose history is clouded somewat by World War 4, saw their opportunity for power, when they took over the struggling Odani’s cause. Taking what was a relatively peaceful cause and turning it into a cult and then powerful army. Brenin, was the instigator for World War 5, when they opportunistically used the Syml uprising to try to take land from the Syml and then Brythoni people. Although the Odani were defeated, Brenin retreated and took most of the Odani people to the previously dead world of Annwn, which was terraformed into a livable planet thanks to stolen terraforming equipment.
Banon
Banon is the leader of a small yet powerful terrorist group that grew after the end of the last war. Created from disenfranchised soldiers from all sides and stolen equipment, her group has carried out a lot of deadly raids. Despite the best efforts of Nova Force, Banon has managed to stay hidden and under the radar, and the search for her base of operations goes on.
